Générer un plan de travail
Créer un plan de travail avec TURN PLUS
Sélectionner "TURN PLUS". TURN PLUS ouvre la suite chronologique
d'usinage qui a été sélectionnée en dernier.
Choisir "CAP". Dans la fenêtre de simulation
graphique, TURN PLUS affiche le contour de la pièce
brute et de la pièce finie.
Appuyer sur la softkey "Graphique CAP" pour ouvrir le
graphique de contrôle CAP et lancer la génération de
programme.
La softkey "Retour" permet de passer au menu TURN
PLUS.
La softkey "Retour" permet de passer dans
smart.Turn.
Valider le nom du programme actuel, sans rien y
changer, et appuyer sur la softkey "Enregistrer" pour
écraser le programme actuel.
Saisir le nom sous lequel le programme doit être
enregistré et appuyer sur la softkey "Enregistrer".
Après la création du plan de travail, notez que si le
système de serrage n'a pas encore été défini dans le
programme, TURN PLUS le choisit en fonction du type et
de la longueur de serrage et calcule la limite d'usinage en
conséquence. Adapter les valeurs dans le programme CN,
une fois celui-ci terminé.
