A l‘aide de l‘outil ME-WZ1,5/2
(18�3003), emmancher les contacts
pilotes dans leur logement respectif
par la face arrière jusqu‘à leur parfaite
mise en place�
Strip cable and insert into crimping
sleeve� Crimp the cable�
Press the pilot contact, from the con-
nection side, into the contact chamber
until it snaps into place with the help
of the contact insertion tool ME-
WZ1,5/2 (18�3003)�

Contrôler visuellement la position
axiale des contacts pilotes:
Sur TSB, les broches doivent être à
fleur ou au maximum 1 mm en retrait
de la face avant d‘embrochage�
Sur TSS, les douilles doivent être
2 mm à 2,5 mm en retrait de la face
avant des logements�
Les douilles montées trop en avant
peuvent être ramenées dans leur
position nominale à l‘aide de l‘outil de
démontage (pour douille)�

Visual control of the axial mounting
position of the pilot contacts:
The front face of the pins in the TSB,
should be flush mounted or set back
by up to 1 mm.
The sockets in the TSS should be set
back approx. 2 mm-2,5 mm from the
front face of the insulating contact
chamber�
If the sockets have been pressed in
too far, their position should be cor-
rected with the socket extraction tool
