PROBLEM:
PRODUCTS ARE OVERCOOKED
OR UNDERCOOKED
Check for correct
setting of conveyor
speed control.
Set the conveyor speed
control at correct setting.
Check for correct
setting on tempera-
ture controller.
Turn temperature
control to correct
setting.

If products still cook incorrectly,
call your Middleby Marshall
Service Agency.
Verify the food
preparation process.
PROBLÈME :

OU PAS ASSEZ CUITS
Vérifier la température

PROBLEM:
OVEN DOES NOT HEAT
Check to see if both BLOWER
switch and HEAT switch are in
the ON position.
If oven does not heat, call your
Middleby Marshall Service Agency.
PROBLÈME :
LE FOUR NE CHAUFFE PAS
Vérifier que l’interrupteur de
soufflerie (BLOWER) et l’interrupteur
de chauffage (HEAT) sont tous deux
en position de marche (ON).

OR NO AIR BLOWS FROM AIR FINGERS
Air fingers reassembled incorrectly,
after cleaning.

Assemble air fingers correctly, after cleaning.

Remonter les doigts de chauffage, après le
