III. ENTRETIEN TRIMESTRIEL
AVERTISSEMENT
Le courant doit être coupé et les interrupteurs
verrouillés ou étiquetés avant d’effectuer les
opérations des entretien.
NOTE : Il est recommandé que les opérations d’entretien
trimestriel soient effectuées par un technicien agréé par
Middleby Marshall.
A. Nettoyage du moteur de ventilateur
Pour accéder au moteur de ventilateur, dévisser les trois vis qui
maintiennent la porte du compartiment de commandes en
position fermée et ouvrir la porte. Nettoyer le moteur de
ventilateur, le moteur du brûleur, le moteur du convoyeur et les
zones avoisinantes à l’air ou au CO
2
comprimé. Nettoyer
soigneusement le compartiment du moteur et les évents de
celui-ci (Figure 4-36).
ATTENTION
Un nettoyage inadéquat risque de provoquer une panne
prématurée du moteur.
B. Serrage des bornes électriques
Pour accéder au compartiment du mécanisme, dévissser les
trois vis qui maintiennent la porte du compartiment. Resserrer
toutes les vis des bornes électriques, y inclus les vis de
contacteurs et le bloc fusible, comme illustré en Figure 4-37.

III. MAINTENANCE - EVERY 3 MONTHS
WARNING
Shut OFF all electrical power and lock/tag out the
switch before attempting maintenance work.
NOTE: It is recommended that the 3-month maintenance
be performed by an authorized Middleby Marshall tech-
nician.
A. Cleaning the Blower/Fan Motor
To gain access to the blower/fan motor, open the control
console door by removing the three screws on the end of
the Machinery Compartment. Clean the vents on the
ends of the blower/fan motor, the burner blower motor,
the conveyor drive motor and the surrounding area, using
either compressed air or CO
2
. Thoroughly blow out the
Machinery Compartment (Figure 4-36).
CAUTION
Not cleaning the blower/fan motor properly can
cause its premature failure.
B. Tightening the Electrical Terminals
Open the control console door by removing the three
screws on the end of the Machinery Compartment.
Tighten all electrical terminal screws including the elec-
trical contactor terminal screws and the fuse block screws,
as shown in Figure 4-37.
