VIII. INSTALLATION OF COOL PANEL
Align the cool panel mounting notches (on the inner
portion of the cool panel) with the panel mounting brack-
ets on the front surface of the oven, as shown in Figure
2-14. Position the inner portion of the cool panel flush
against the front surface of the oven; then, lower the cool
panel onto the brackets.
Installing a cool panel on an oven with a window uses the
same procedure, along with also guiding notches on
either side of the hole for the window to rest on the hinge
screws in the window frame. Opening and closing the
window without moving the cool panel allows baking
chamber access for the operator, while still retaining the
protection of the cool panel.
VIII. INSTALLATION DE LE PANNEAU DE
REFROIDISSEMENT
Aligner les encoches de montage du panneau de refroidissement
(sur la face intérieure du panneau) sur les taquets de montage
du devant du four, comme illustré à la figure 2-14. Plaquer la
face intérieure du panneau contre le devant du four et abaisse
le panneau sur les taquets.
La procédure d’installation d’un panneau de refroidissement
sur un four à fenêtre est similaire excepté de des encoches de
guidage sont prévues de chaque côté de la découpe de la
fenêtre, permettant à celle-ci de reposer sur les vis de son
encadrement. La fenêtre peut être ouverte sans retirer le
panneau de refroidissement, ce qui permet à l’utilisateur
d’accéder à l’intérieur du four tout en continuant de bénéficier
de la protection du panneau.
