Montage sur barre conduc-
trice Assembly into busbar

Percer la barre conductrice selon le
plan de perçage. (ill. 2)
Drill busbar according to drilling plan.
Connexion Connection

Démonter l‘écrou 6, la rondelle éven-
tail 5 et la rondelle 4 du fi letage. (ill. 3)
Remove nut 6, lock washer 5 and
washer 4 from screw thread.

Monter la broche dans la barre
conductrice A.
Aligner la broche de telle façon que le
marquage soit bien visible au cours de
l‘embrochage. (ill. 4)
Insert plug into busbar A.
Align plug so that the marking is vi-
sible during plugging.

Remonter la rondelle plate 4, la
rondelle éventail 5 et l‘écrou 6. Serrer
l‘écrou 6 avec la clé dynamométrique
30 mm et contrer l’écrou 3 avec la
clé plate 30 mm. Couple de serrage
52Nm.
Remarque:
Ne pas contrer sur l’isolation!

Reassemble washer 4, lock washer
5 and nut 6. Tighten nut 6 with the
torque spanner 30 mm A/F and secure
nut 3 with open-end spanner 30 mm
A/F. Tightening torque 52Nm.
Note:
Do not lock-tighten on the insula-
tion!
