Controls and Functions
1 Stereo Microphone

It is lit during recording to intorm the people in front of the
Movie Camera that the unit is recording.
4 Accessory Shoe
Some optional accessories (External Microphone, etc.) can
be attached to this Accessory Shoe.
5 Operation Switch [POWER]
For turning the Movie Camera on and off.
6 S-VHS System Selector Switch [S-VHS ON/AUTO/OFF]
The selected recording system can be selected by sliding the
(S-VHS ON/AUTO/OFF] Switch to the corresponding position.
7 CAMERAA/CR Selector Cover [CAMERA/VCR]
8 Built'in Speaker
9 Zoom Buttons
Press these buttons to gradually zoom in and out.
10 Lens Cap
11 Lens Hood
12 Focus Ring
After selecting the manual focusing mode with the [FOCUS]
Button, adjust the focus to the desired subject by turning this
ring.
13 Manual Zoom Lever
Turn this lever to manually zoom in or out.
14 Viewfinder
The subject in front of the camera can be seen on the
viewfinder screen.
15 Eyepiece Corrector
Adjust the Eyepiece Corrector to your eyesight so that the
picture and indications in the Viewfinder become as clear and
sharp as possible.

5 Interrupteur [POWER]
Permet d’établir ou de couper le contact sur l’appareil.
6 Sélecteur du système S-VHS [S-VHS ON/AUTO/OFFJ
Sélectionner le système d’enregistrement désiré en faisant
glisser ce sélecteur [S-VHS ON/AUTO/OFF] sur la position
désirée.
7 Rabat du sélecteur “caméra/magnétoscope”
[CAMERA/VCR]
8 Haut-parleur incorporé
9 T ouches à focale variable
Appuyer sur ces touches pour obtenir un zoom avant ou un
zoom arrière.
10 Capuchon de l’objectif
11 Pare-soleil de l’objectif
12 Bague de mise au point
Sélectionner le mode manuel de mise au point à l’aide de la
touche mise au point, puis régler la mise au point en tournant
cette bague.
13 Levier de zoom manuel
Tourner ce levier pour obtenir un zoom avant ou un zoom
arrière.
14 Viseur électronique
Le sujet placé devant le camescope apparaît sur l’écran du
viseur.
15 Correcteur de l’oculaire
Régler le correcteur de l’oculaire selon la vue de façon que les
images et indications dans le viseur soient nettes et précises.
