9. Use the mating wire connectors to connect the Adapter Kit wire harness to the Torch Leads or Adapter Kit
Leads. Check for secure connections.
10. Use a crimping tool to secure the butt splice on the Adapter Kit wire harness to the Torch Lead or Adapter Kit
pilot wire from which the ring terminal was removed. Check for a secure connection. Slide the insulating
sleeve over the butt splice.

11. Arrange the Torch Adapter as shown.
12. Insert the Adapter Kit fitting into the receptacle on the power supply solenoid assembly. Press the fitting
into the receptacle to seat it fully. Check for a secure connection.
13. Align the connectors on the Adapter Kit wire harness to the two mating receptacles on the power supply
main circuit board. Press the connectors firmly into the receptacle. Check for a secure connection.
14. Tighten the Strain Relief Nut onto the Strain Relief securely by hand. Do not overtighten.
15. Use the tie wraps as needed to secure the adapter kit wire harness in place within the power supply.
16. Reinstall the Power Supply cover per the Power Supply manufacturer's instructions.
