MONITOR CTRL S IN hookup
If have a Sony TV monitor equipped with a CTRL
S OUT jack
Use a CONTROL S cord (not supplied) to conwect the
CTRL S OUT jack on the monitor to the MONITOR CTRL
S IN jack on the co\itrol amplifier. This allows you to turn
on your Sony TV monitor automatically when you turn
on the control amplifier usini; the supplied remote
control.
Refer to the operating instructions supplied with you
Sony TV monitor for details.

Connecting the AC power cord
Before connecting the AC power cord of this control
amplifier to a wall outlet:
• Turn the MASTER VOLUME control to the leftmost
position (0).
Connect the AC power cord(s) of your audio/video
components to wall outlet(s).
If you cormect other audio/video components to the AC
OUTLET(s) on the control amplifier, the control amplifier
will supply power to the connected component(s),
allowing you to turn the whole system on or off when you
turn the control amplifier on/off.
Caution
Make sure that the total power consumption of the component(s)
connected to the control amplifier's AC OUTLET(s) does not
exceed the wattage staled on the rear panel. Do not connect
high-wattage electrical home appliances such as electric irons,
fans, or TVs to this outlet.
