Apply the paper seal over one of the 6-32
phillips pan head screws on the right end
cap.

After the indicator has been inspected by
a Weights and Measures official, it may
be sealed using a lead and wire seal as
follows:
1. Replace the 6-32 phillips pan head
screws in the right end cap with the
washers and security screws provid-
ed in the
I 5S packaging.
2. Pass the wire through the holes in the
security screws on the right end cap.
3. Pass the end of the wire through the
lead seal and fasten the seal.
