The Crock Caddy
CONSUMER SAFETY
INFORMATION
' Read all Instructions.
' Always refer to your slow cooker’s Use & Care booklet for safe
operation of the appliance.
' Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or
near children.
' Only use the caddy with slow cookers.
' The food must be cooked according the instructions in the slow
cooker Use & Care booklet to assure safe food temperatures.
' Do not touch hot surfaces.
' To maintain a safe food temperature, place slow cooker with cover
into the caddy as soon as food is thoroughly cooked according
the recipe. Secure the slow cooker as instructed below.
’ To maintain safe food temperatures, do not leave slow cooker
in caddy longer than 2 hours before serving. If the caddy is
exposed to cold temperatures, this time will be shortened.
' To avoid spills, always use and secure the slow cooker cover
when transporting. Do not overfill the crock.
' To reduce spills or leaking the slow cooker must be completely
secured as instructed below and the caddy should be kept stable
and level.
' Remove the cover of the slow cooker carefully to avoid scalding
from escaping steam or condensation.
’ Do not place the caddy in any oven or microwave.

• Never plug in and operate siow cooker while
in this caddy.
• Always use pot holders or oven mitts when
handling slow cooker.
