WARRANTY

warrants to the original retail pur chaser , for TWO
(2) YEARS from the date of original pur chase, either to
repair or r eplace at its option, without charge (parts and
labor), any supplied or manufactured part of this humidifier
which, upon inspection by an authorized service center ,
proves to have failed in normal use due to defects in
material or workmanship, or , at its option, to r eplace the
unit.
Operation under conditions other than those
recommended or at voltages other than the voltage
indicated on the unit, or any attempts by unauthorized
personnel to service the unit or modify it, will render the
guarantee void.
Bionaire

shall not be liable for any personal injury , pr operty
damage or any incidental or consequential damages of
any kind (including water damage), resulting fr om defects,
malfunctions, misuse, improper installation or alteration of
the product.

provisions shall be deemed to be amended to the extent
necessary to comply therewith.

L’usage dans des conditions autres que celles qui sont
recommandées ou à une tension autre que la tension
précisée sur l’appareil, ou toute tentative de réparation ou de
modification par des personnes nom-autorisées à le faire
causeront l’annulation de la garantie.

MD ne sera aucunement responsable des blessures,
dommages aux biens ou de tout dommage consécutif de toute
sorte (y compris les dommages causés par l’eau) découlant de
défectuosités, d’un mauvais fonctionnement, d’une installation
incorrecte ou d’une modification du produit.
