The shelf life of unopened
cartridges is two years from the
date of manufacture. Replace the
expired cartridges with new ones.
Check the manufactured date.

Water is bypassing the cartridges Ensure that the O-rings are at the
top of the deionization cartridges
and the posts at the top of the
bowls are inserted correctly.
