Troubleshooting
Cannot install the capture board.
• The I/O port address setting of the capture board
conflicts with another board.
-> Set the I/O port address of the capture board so
that it does not conflict with other boards. (See
page 14.)
• The memory space allocated to the capture board is
less than 32KB.
-> Allocate 32KB memory space to the capture
board. (See page 15.)
Image input from the connected video equipment
does not appear.
• The capture board is not installed properly.
Install the capture board properly. (See page 8.)
• The DV cormecting cable is not connected properly.
Connect the cable properly. (See page 10.)
• The power of the connected video equipment is not
turned on.
■> Turn on the power on the video equipment. (See
page 23.)
The captured image has something wrong with
color tone of the image.
• The screen resolution of Windows is not set to
65,536 colors or better.
Set the screen resolution of Windows to 65,536
colors or better.
Cannot control the connected video equipment
with the VCR operation panel in the window.
• The LANC cable is not connected to the video
equipment.
->-Connect the LANC cable from your PC to the
video equipment. (See page 10.)
The image is displayed as a blue box when you
open the Album.
• You have deleted image files, changed image file
names, or moved the image files to a directory
different from that of the Capturer program.
^ Choose "Rescan Album" from the "Album" menu
with Capturer.
