Ventilation: it is recommended that the unit be operated with an oven head, vented exhaust hood of sufficient size and
capacity.

Electric Power Supply Requirements


Pressure regulator

Since service pressure may fluctuate with local demand, every gas cooking range must be equipped with a pressure
regulator on the incoming service line for safe and efficient operation.
The pressure regulator shipped with the range has female threads 1/2" NPT. The regulator shall be installed properly to be
accessible when the appliance is installed in its final position.

Pressure regulator can withstand a maximum input pressure of 0.5 psi (3.5 kPa) and is
set at 4" WC outlet pressure.
