AUX Jack
Selecting Auxiliary Source
<Only for CQ-R825EUC>
© Press AUX to select AUX Input mode.
© Connect the auxiliary equipment (an optional DCC player deck or any
other appropriate equipment) to the AUX Jack.
Canceling AUX Input mode
Press AUX or MODE again while the AUX mode is operated, the
mode will return to the previous mode. Or insert a cassette tape, and
the mode will change to TAPE mode.
Note: The AUX mode enables setting of VOL, BAS, and FAD, inde
pendently of other modes.
Programmed Sound Memory
Mode Selection
<Only for CQ-R825EUC>
A desired sound setting (except for VOL and ATT) can be memorized
and recalled.
Sound Memory Input
<Onty for CQ-R825EUC>
• Press SDM to select the sound memory mode.
• To preset a desired sound level, press the corresponding preset
memory button (1 to 4) for more than 2 seconds in sound memory
mode.
• The preset memory buttons 5 and 6 are not valid for sound memory.
Recall Sound Memory Call
<Only for CQ-R825EUC>
• When a desired preset memory button is pressed in sound memory
mode, the corresponding sound setting is called.
■Preset number
• The preset memory button 5 is recommended for setting.
• The preset memory button 6 is used to release all sound settings.

In order to insert the plug into the “AUX” Jack proper
