INSTALLATION INSTALLATION
Mounting location
The unit can be mounted in the garage,
basement, utility room, or any other remote
area, except where exposed to weather, and
no more than 5 feet from an electrical outlet.
• Because this unit requires ventilation, DO
NOT install in a heat producing or confined
area such as the attic, furnace room, etc.
• The top of the unit should be no less than
12” (30.5 cm) from the ceiling, and any
corner wall to allow proper cooling of the
motor.
• For ease of removing the dirt container, the
bottom of the unit should be at least 18”
(46 cm) above the floor.
• DO NOT place or store any objects on top of
the unit.
• UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD AN
EXTENSION CORD BE USED WITH THIS
APPLIANCE.
Mounting the unit
Determine the wall you want to install the
mounting bracket and follow the Mounting
Bracket installation instructions included with
the screws.
Mount the power unit on the bracket making
sure the bars of the mounting bracket settle
into the slots on the back of the machine. The
wall mounting bracket must fit into the two
slots on the back of the power unit.

Connect Power Cord Into Electrical Outlet.
If using wall valves attach the low voltage
DC Connectors.

exposés aux imtempéries et pas plus de cinq
pieds d'une prise d'alimentation électrique.
• En raison du fait que cet unité nécessite
une ventilation, N'INSTALLEZ PAS
l'appareil dans un espace produisant de la
chaleur tel qu'un grenier, chambre de
fournaise etc.
• Le haut de l'unité ne doit pas être à moins
de 12 pouces (30.5 centimètres) du
plafond et tout mur en coin pour permettre
le refroidissement adéquat du moteur.
• Pour retirer facilement le contenant de
poussière, le bas de l'unité doit être à une
distance d'au moins 18'' (46 cm) au
dessus du plancher.
• NE PLACER ou N'ENTREPOSER AUCUN
objet sur le dessus de l'appareil.
• SOUS AUCUNE CONDITION NE JAMAIS
UTILISER UN CABLE DE RALLONGE
ÉLECTRIQUE AVEC CET APPAREIL.
Le montage de l'unité
Déterminez le mur sur lequel vous désirez
installer le support de raccordement et
suivez les instructions d'installation inclus
avec les vis.
Accrocher l'unité de puissance au support
murale en vous assurant que le support de
raccordement soit bien placé dans les
glissoires à l'arrière de l'appareil.
Le support de raccordement murale doit être
joint à l'intérieur des deux ouvertures à
l'arrière de l'unité de puissance.

Brancher la fiche dans une prise
d'alimentation électrique.
Si vous utilisez des soupapes murales,
branchez les connecteurs bas voltage DC.
