Opening with One Hand
Pull the finger lever as shown.
• Place and hold outer edge of seat belt
strap inside blade chamber.
• Grasping the tool firmly, pull blade quickly
across strap to cut completely.
NOTE: Intended only to cut seat belt webbing
if a seat belt does not unlatch during a
vehicular accident.
Seat Belt Cutter
• Strike glass breaker tip sharply against vehicle
side window as shown. Be sure to TURN FACE
AWAY FROM GLASS when striking!
• Push out any remaining broken glass to escape.
IMPORTANT: Intended only to break tempered
automobile door window glass during a vehicular
accident. Unit will not break windshields or other
windows made of laminated glass. Use in an
emergency only. DO NOT use for any other
purpose. This is not a toy.
