UTV Gear Transport System
Installation:
1. This product should come assembled as shown above. To begin installation, become familiar with the
part locations of this product.
2. Locate the Allen head bolts “E” on the Plastic Mounting Base “C”. Remove both of these bolts.
3. Bend the Mounting Bands “N” to a somewhat straight position in order to get the Plastic Mounting
Base “C” to mount to the round tube. Then wrap the Mounting Bands “N” back around the tube.
4. Rethread the Allen head bolts to the tube nut. Tighten to secure UTV Gear Transport System to the
round tube.
5. There are four ¼” nuts and bolts and 8 ¼” washers provided to secure any Kolpin accessory to the 90
degree plate. Kolpin products that are included are: 20090 Gun Boot 5.0; 20035 Boottector Bracket;
20034 Gun Boot IV Bracket; 20029 One piece Gun Boot IV Bracket; 20085 Gear Grips; 20070 Gun
Grips; 20025 Gun Boot III Bracket; 20043 Saw Press; 20045 Tool Press; 26300 Gearlock & Load;
89450 Fuel/Water Pack Brackets; 20072 Gun Grips II
Installation from scratch:
1. Begin by mounting the molded insert “B” to the 90 degree
metal plate using four ¼” bolts “K” and nuts “L” and 8 ¼”
washers ”M”. The insert should be on the side shown in the
image to the right. The bolts should go through the metal
plate and then through the plastic insert.
2. Slide the Mounting Band “N” through the slots on the Plastic
Mounting Base “C”. Then slide the H-brace “D” through the
