Open/Close the Front Panel

Open the front panel
Press OPEN on the front panel.
0 Close the front panel
Push the front panel up by hand to return it to regular position.
Caution:
• When the front panel is opened, do not force it down and do not put anything on it because these
may result in damage to the unit.
• Do not adjust the front panel angle, or open/close the front panel, if a CD or MD has not been com
pletely inserted into, or removed from the CD or MD slot.
• Do not insert an MD into the CD slot to prevent any trouble.
Note:
No operation can be performed, except for CD or MD eject, when the front panel is open.
