The Garden and Pond Photocell with
Digital Timer is guaranteed for fi ve years
from date of purchase. Proof of purchase
required. Warranty does not cover
damage resulting from negligent handling,
misuse or lack of reasonable maintenance or
care. Warranty is valid against defects due to
material and workmanship only. The sole obligation shall
be to replace the defective unit with a suitable replacement
unit. Units should be checked for proper operation prior to
returning as defective. No liability for loss or damage of any
nature or kind, whether arising out of or from the use of the
product, whether defective or not defective, is assumed
by Aquascape, Inc. or it’s affi liates.

SAFETY/ELECTRICAL WARNINGS
WARNING: It is recommended whenever working
in or near water to have all electrical devices
plugged into a ground fault interrupter (GFCI)
that has been installed by a licensed electrician.
• To reduce the risk of electrical shock or damage
to the light, all wiring and junction connections
should be made per local codes. Requirements
may vary depending on usage and location.
• The power cable should be protected at all times
to avoid punctures, cuts, bruises and abrasions.
The Aquascape Quick-Connect 12 volt Photocell with Digital
Timer turns 12 volt, low-voltage lighting on and off at set
times. The built-in photocell senses the absence of daylight
and automatically turns your lights on at dusk and then off
after a set amount of hours, or at dawn according to the
schedule you manually set. The timer setting repeats daily,
turning lights on at dusk and off at dawn, or on at dusk and
off after 4-6 or 8 hours later.
This timer features easy, single-button programming,
durable weatherproof construction, and quick-connect
weatherproof connections.
Integrated photocell must be located so that it is not
blocked by landscape trees and shrubs, or affected by
random light sources such as house lights, or in adjacent
buildings or parking lots.

exceed 60 watts or use
larger than a 60 watt
transformer.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
• The Photocell is designed to operate on a 12 volt low
voltage outdoor-rated transformer.
• It is recommended to locate the Photocell as close to the
light fi xtures as possible in order to avoid voltage drops
caused by long electrical cable runs.
The Quick-Connect 12 volt Photocell with Digital Timer is
compatible with all Aquascape LED lighting components.
• For your convenience the Photocell with Digital Timer
includes a 12-volt Quick-Connect at the end of the-
-electrical cable providing tool-free electrical connection
from the Photocell to the light. Additional Quick-Connect
12-volt accessories, such as 3-way and 6-way splitters,
as well as extension cables are also available to help
complete your lighting project.
