Blocking channels (“Program Block”)

After selecting “Program
Block” under “Channel
Setup”, make sure
“Program” is selected,
then press
.

Move
up or down to
select the desired channel
(e.g. 06), then press
.

up or down to
select “Block”, then press
.

Move
up or down to
select “On”, then
press
.
To unlock the channel,
select “Off”.
The lock symbol ( )
appears on the screen when
“On” is selected.
If a locked channel is selected, the lock symbol
appears on the screen.

To lock other channels, select “Program”, then repeat steps 2 to 4.
To return to the normal screen
Press MENU.
Note
• If you preset a locked channel manually (see page 49), that channel will be
unlocked automatically.
