TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Possible Cause Remedy
Backup Time Too Short.
Alarm beeps continuously.
The battery is not fully charged. • Recharge the HTUPS 500’s batteries
for at least 16 hours.
An overload condition is apparent. • Remove some of the loads connected
to HTUPS 500 until the alarm ceases.
