TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Possible Cause Remedy
HTUPS 500 is always
in battery mode. Power cord is loose. • Ensure that the power cord is firmly
plugged into the back of the unit
and the AC wall outlet.
AC fuse is blown. • Unplug the power cord from the wall
outlet and remove and replace the
250V AC fuse.
HTUPS 500 is defective. • Please see warranty information.
