HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE:
Before you call for service:
1) Is the circuit breaker tripped or the fuse blown?
2) Is there a power outage in the area?
For warranty service, please contact your local service provider or DCS Customer Care Representative
at (888) 936-7872. Before you call, please have the following information ready:
■ Model Number (located on the inside right panel of the drawer cavity behind the right drawer
side. See page 5).
■ Serial Number (located on the inside right panel of the drawer cavity behind the right drawer
side. See page 5).
■ Code (located on the inside right panel of the drawer cavity behind the right drawer
side. See page 5).
■ Date of installation
■ A brief description of the problem
