16 Language Selection
Follow the steps below to change the language of the on-screen
menus and displays. Make sure:
@ The VCR is on and in VCR position. (TheVCR/TV light will
appear. If it does not, press theVCR/TV button once.)
Press the MENU button repeatedly until the INITIALIZE
menu appears.

CHANNEL SET UP
SETTING CLOCK
LANGUAGE SELECT
Press the PLAY button or the STOP button repeatedly to
select LANGUAGE SELECT. Then, press the F.FWD but­
ton.

Press the PLAY button or the STOP button to select
ENGLISH or FRANÇAIS.

Press the COUNTER RESET/EXIT button to exit. Helpful Hint
• If you accidentally select French on­
screen displays and need English
on-screen displays:
1) Press the MENU button repeatedly
until the INITIALISATION menu
appears.
2) Press the PLAY button or the STOP
button repeatedly to choose SELEC­
TION LANGUE, then press the
F.FWD button.
3) Press the PLAY button or the STOP
button to select ENGLISH.
4) Press the COUNTER RESET/EXIT
button to exit
