Troubleshooting (Continued)
PowerSteamer is not picking up solution and water.
Possible Causes
O ReadyTools Dial may be at the wrong setting
for cleaning job.
O
Nozzle Window may not be properly attached.
O Tank-in-Tank Lid is not properly installed.
O Tank-in-Tank is not properly seated.
0 Poor tool position.
(Handheld attachments only)
© Tank-in-Tank has picked up the maximum
dirty water.
Remedies
O Set ReadyTools Dial to either FLOOR
CLEANING orTOOLS/PRETREAT.
0 Make sure the two tabs on the back
of the Floor Nozzle Window are
inserted through the mating slots in
the main housing. Reinstall
if necessary.
O Reinstall lid; refer to section

© Tank-in-Tank must be firmly seated to
function. Remove and reseat Tank-in- Tank.
© Readjust angle; apply more
downward pressure.
