3.07 Connecting Torch Leads
A. Connecting PCM-102 Torch or SL100 torch
with O2B Connectors
WARNING
Disconnect primary power at the source before
assembling or disassembling the power supply,
torch parts, or torch and leads assemblies.
The Torch Leads must be properly installed to the Power Sup-
ply for proper operation. Make all torch connections to the
Torch Bulkhead Panel as follows:
NOTE
Equipment ordered as a system will have the Torch
factory connected to the Power Supply.
1. Turn the screw latch securing the front access
panel to the power supply front panel.

2. Lift the access panel to gain access to the torch
bulkhead panel.
CAUTION
This system is designed for use with the PCM-102
Automated Torch or SL100 Torch only. Do not con-
nect any other torch to this power supply.
3. Remove the retaining nut from the Strain Relief.

4. Feed the end of the torch lead and the Strain Relief into
the hole in the unit.
5. Tighten the Strain Relief Nut to secure the Strain
Relief to the Power Supply.
