THE CHARGE MODE
1. Power up the main unit.
2. Place the battery pack into the battery mounting adaptor on the charger.
3. The charger will automatically analyse the battery and determine its
voltage between 4.8V-6V-7.2V during the first minute. The LEDs for 40%-
80%-Ready will flash sequentially at this stage.
4. The charging process will then start up immediately. The "CHARGE" LED
will light up, and power meter LEDs will light up according to the charged
levels. The "READY" LED will light up as the "CHARGE" LED goes off
when the charger LEDs in the power meter will go off and the "READY"
LED will blink when the battery is fully charged. At this stage, the battery is
ready to be taken out of the charger.
5. The charger will then go into TRICKLE charge mode automatically. This
ensures the battery’s capacity will remain at its optimum until the battery
pack is removed from the charger.
The Discharge/Charge Mode and the Deep Conditioning Mode are used
to remove memory effect from the battery to achieve usage time and to
extend the battery’s usage life.
