Visual inspection of the flame
The burner must flame evenly over the entire surface when operating correctly. The
flame must burn with a clear, blue, stable flame.
Check the flame through the inspection glass in the ignition probe (fig. 39).
The flame pattern should be as shown in the figures below.
Further checks:
- Inspect the pressure relief valve
- Clean the water filter in the return pipe
- Check the pH of the water or glycol/water mixture.
Verify proper operation after servicing.

For warranty conditions refer to the warranty card supplied with the boiler.
