HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE
BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE
■ Is the circuit breaker tripped or the fuse blown?
■ Is there a power outage in the area?
For warranty service, contact DCS Customer Care Representative at (888) 936-7872. Before you call,
please have the following information ready:
■ Model Number (located on the inside of the top panel on the left, behind the rear back
filter, above the motor assembly)
■ Serial Number (located on the inside of the top panel on the left, behind the rear back
filter, above the motor assembly)
■ Code (located on the inside of the top panel on the left, behind the rear back
filter, above the motor assembly)
■ Date of installation
■ A brief description of the problem
