CONTRAST adjustment

Accessible by MENU or direct operation.
Contrast sets the white level of the displayed
image. Press the + key to make the image lighter
or the - key to make it darker.
Direct operation: If a MENU screen dose not
appear, the contrast can be adjusted directly by
pressing the - or + key. Press the MENU key to
save the adjustment.
Pressing the - and + keys at the same time will
restore the factory preset value typically set at 75.

Accessible by direct operation only.
Brightness sets the black level of the displayed
image. You may have to change this adjustment
depending on viewing conditions.
Direct operation only: If a MENU screen dose
not appear, the BRIGHTNESS can be adjusted
directly by pressing the S or B key. Press the
MENU key to save the adjustment.
Press the S and 0 keys at the same time will
restore the factory preset value typically set
about 50.
*Jp }’2 BACKLIGHT adjustment
The BACKLIGHT adjustment sets the brightness
of the displayed image by adjusting the
brightness of the LCD backlight. Typically set at
100. BACKLIGHT also sets the black level of the
displayed image as dose BRIGHTNESS.
Press the - key to make the background darker
or the + key to make it lighter.
If the - and + keys are pressed at the same
time when adjusting BACKLIGHT adjustment
screen, the maximum level will be set.

The HORIZONTAL POSITION adjustment
allows you to move the horizontal position of the
left edge of the image to the left edge of the
screen. Press the - key to move the image to
the left, the + key to move it to the right. Press
the MENU key to save the adjustment.

H HORIZONTAL SIZE

HORIZONTAL SIZE is only available when the
resolution mode is less than 1.024 x 768.
After aligning the left edge of the image by the
HORIZONTAL POSITION adjustment, change to
the HORIZONTAL SIZE adjustment and perform
the adjustment by pressing the - to make the
image smaller or the + key to make the image
larger to fill the screen to the right edge .
