CAMERA PROGRAMMING (CONT) -‐ PROGRAMMING FOR MANUAL CONFIGURATION
To
program
the
E
series
camera
for
manual
configuration,
first
move
the
switch
to
the
TEST
position.
Once
the
display
shows
the
current
configuration
and
the
word
tESt,
then
programming
each
setting
can
be
done
by
hitting
the
appropriate
button.
Once
a
setting
is
configured
pressing
the
OK
button
will
save
the
setting.
§
TIME OUT -‐ 30 sec (default): This setting is used to determine the length of time, in seconds,
that
the
camera
will
wait
before
it
reinitializes
its
PIR
sensor
for
the
next
activation.
Pressing
the
button
will
increase
the
length
from
as
low
as
5
seconds
to
55
minutes.
§
RES -‐ 1 star (1.3MP – default): This setting is used to determine the megapixel resolution of
each
image
taken
by
the
camera.
Pressing
the
button
will
decrease
the
resolution
to
2
stars
(3
MP)
and
again
to
1
star
(1.3MP)
before
returning
again
to
3
Stars
(8MP).
The
higher
the
resolution
of
an
image
the
more
space
the
file
will
take
on
the
SD
memory
card.
§
BURST -‐ 1P (default): This setting is used to determine the number of photos the camera will
take
during
its
activation.
This
setting
can
be
changed
between
1
PHOTO
up
to
9
PHOTOS.
Pressing
the
button
will
increase
the
count
up
to
9
before
returning
to
1.
§
VIDEO – 10S (default): This setting is used to determine the length of time, in seconds, of the
video
recording.
This
setting
can
be
changed
between
the
numbers
of
05
to
300.

button
will
increase
the
length
up
to
300
before
returning
to
5.
