1.ASSEMBLE BACK PANEL
Assemblage de la panneau arrière
2.ASSEMBLE SHELF CROSS RAILS
Assemblage des traverses de tablettes
Place back panel (C) flat on the floor
with the groove facing up. Insert 4
black step dowels (J) into the end
holes of the back panel (C). Position
side panel (D) with groove side facing
in. Using the 2- 1/’2” bolts (P)and 2
barrel nuts (K), attach back panel (C)
to the side panel (D).
Placez le panneau arrière (C) a plat
sur le plancher avec la rainure vers le
haut. Insérez 4 goujons noirs (J) dans
les trous du panneau arrière (C).
Placer l'un des panneaux de coté (D)
avec la rainure a l'intérieur. Utilisant
les boulons 2-2/1'' (P) et 2 manchons
fillettes (K), attachez le panneau
arrière (C) au panneau de coté (D).
Using two of the shelf cross rails (B),
position them as shown in diagram.
Attach them to the side panel (D)
using the black step dowels (J),
bolts (P & H) and barrel nuts (K).
Mettez 2 des traverses de tablettes
(B) en positions comme sur le
d i a g r a m m e . A t t a c h e z - l e s a u
panneau de coté (D) utilisant les
gougeons noirs (J), les boulons (P &
H) et les manchons fillettes (K).

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Your storkcraft baby product is warranted
against defects in workmanship or materials
for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
This warranty shall be limited to repairing or
replacing any part of the product which, in
the opinion of the company, shall be proved
to be defective in materials or workmanship
under normal use and service during the one
year warranty period. During the one year
warranty period, repair or replacement of
parts shall be made by storkcraft baby at no
charge. Date of purchase of the product must
be established by production of your sales
slip or other satisfactory evidence.

instructions for future use. Use only the pad provided by the manufacturer. DO
NOT use the changing table if it is damaged or broken. Child must be no more
than 30 lbs to use this changing table.
