Installation Instructions
BioBalls™ are designed to be lightweight filter media that is easy to clean
and maintenance. Each box of Bioballs™ contain 144 pieces which equals a
combined surface area 30 ft 2 . BioBalls™ are best used in a media net or strung
together and placed in the BioFallS ® Filter. Periodically, the BioBalls™ may have
to be rinsed to remove debris from them. The BioBalls™ should be lightly rinsed
with water from the pond or from the garden hose. Excessive cleaning can result
in damaging the beneficial bacteria growing on the BioBalls™.
