COMME LA PERTE DE BÉNÉFICES, DE CHIFFRE D’AFFAIRES, DE
CLIENTÈLE OU D’ÉCONOMIES ESCOMPTÉES. CERTAINS ÉTATS OU
LÉGISLATIONS N’AUTORISENT PAS LA LIMITATION OU
L’EXCLUSION DE PRÉJUDICES ACCESSOIRES OU INDIRECTS,
AUQUEL CAS L’EXCLUSION OU LA LIMITATION QUI PRÉCÈDE NE
VOUS SERA PAS APPLICABLE.
Règlement des litiges
Si vous achetez le produit dans les pays suivants : Cambodge, Indonésie,
Philippines, Viêt Nam ou Sri Lanka, tout litige liй а la présente garantie
fera l’objet d’un arbitrage définitif à Singapour et la présente garantie sera
régie, interprétée et mise en œuvre conformément à la législation de
Singapour, quels que soient les conflits de lois. Si vous achetez le produit
en Inde, tout litige liй а la présente garantie fera l’objet d’un arbitrage
définitif à Bangalore, Inde. L’arbitrage à Singapour doit être effectué selon
les règles d’arbitrage du Centre d’Arbitrage International de Singapour
(“règles SIAC”) en vigueur à ce moment-là. L’arbitrage en Inde doit être
effectué conformément à la législation indienne alors en vigueur. La
sentence arbitrale sera définitive et liera les parties, sans possibilité d’appel.
