EC DECLARATION OF INCORPORATION
We hereby declare that the following equipment is intended to be incorporated into other machinery and
must not be put into service until the relevant machinery into which it is to be incorporated has been
declared in conformity with the Council Directive 98/37/EEC, together with amendments which have
entered into force as of the date of issue of this declaration, with particular reference to the essential
health and safety requirements in connection with the design, construction and manufacture of the below
specified equipment.

harmonised European standards and other directives:

A technical construction file for this equipment is retained at the Manufacturers address in compliance
with the requirements in the Council Directive 98/37/EEC, together with amendments, which have entered
into force as of the date of issue of this declaration.
The manufacturer liability according to this declaration shall, unless otherwise stated in the
manufacturer’s delivery conditions, be limited to the price of above mentioned equipment.
