b. To delete a single phone book number:
- Use
or button to select the phone book number which you want to
delete.
- Press X button once and the LCD shows DEL?
- Press X button once more to confirm.
c. To speed dial out a phone book number:
- Press
button.
- Use or button to select the number you want to dial out from the
phonebook.
- Then pick up the handset or press
button, the number will be dialed out.
d. To modify the number & name in phone book :
- Use
or button to select the number you want to modify in phonebook.
- Press and hold OK button until the last digit of the number flashes. Use the X
button to delete then insert the modification.
- Press
button, you can then modify the name.
- After the modification (Refer: To add the phone book number & name
page12), press
button to confirm.
- Press X button to exit.
e. Copy the CID numbers and last 30 dialed numbers to phonebook.
- With the handset on hook, press
or button, you can review the CID
list.
- When the desired number shows on the LCD, you can press and hold OK
button until the last digit of the number flashes to indicate you can enter the
modification. (Refer: To add the phone book number and name, page12).
